Czech Airlines OK Plus is the latest FFP to offer a status match. Much like some of their other SkyTeam partners, CSA’s status match is for elite members of frequent flyer programs that are not part of SkyTeam. To receive the status match all you have to do is take one flight on CSA and they will match your Silver/Gold status or equivalent with OK Plus Silver or Gold. If you are a Platinum level member in another FFP you will receive OK Plus Gold.
To receive your status match, purchase your CSA ticket and complete the form (see below) along with a scan of your non-SkyTeam Elite membership card to okplus@csa.cz or fax to +420 220 104 165
