Wrapping it up
It’s nice to see this bonus return for the the second year in a row and once again it is the 15% bonus. This isn’t as high as we saw well in the past where there 20% or even as high as 35% bonuses before the pandemic but nonetheless 15% is better than 0% – especially for those who have been considering transfers in the near future.
