Marriott Bonvoy has brought back a bonus for buying their points and this time it is a tiered bonus that offers up to 40% extra. I do see some people have been targeted to get 40%, personally I received a 35% offer. Let me know in the comments below what offer your receive!
The bonus:

With a 35% bonus you are buying points for 0.93 cents US$ each:
We value Marriott Bonvoy points at roughly 0.7 cents per point at a minimum. That being said, we always stress it is a minimum. We’ve seen examples where redeeming points provide much higher point in value and if you can get over 0.93 cents in redemption value then it makes sense to buy them.
Buy points for even less
If you are planning on staying at any Marriott Hotels around the world be sure to check if those hotels have an individual hotel bonus points offer available. Those bonus points offers can sometimes cost less than the best member flexible rates but in most cases are the same or slightly more than the non-member flexible rate so in effect you pay a little more to get the bonus points, thus another method of buying points. The trick here though is many times that little bit extra you pay for your stay to get the extra points is WAY cheaper than buying points from Marriott even with a 35% or higher bonus.
