Millennium Hotels definitely takes the title of having the most valuable hotel stay bonus points promotions this year and they aren’t done with their big offerings! For Black Friday they will once again offer 20,000 bonus points (worth $100) on stays of 2 or more nights.
This will be their third (or is it fourth now?) 20,000 bonus points offer since late summer! These 20,000 points offers came after two insane offers of 15,000 bonus points for one night stays! The crazy thing with either offer was the potential to find really cheap nights that actually cost less than the points were worth – so they were money makers! A rarity in the hotel world!
Will the Black Friday Super Sale be a money maker? We don’t know yet as they have only released the landing page for the offer at their U.S. hotels. The U.S. hotels have never been money makers but 20,000 points still represent a nice rebate on what you do pay if you book U.S. stays.
If the Black Friday Super Sale is extended to Millennium Hotel regions around the world, then most definitely we could be in another money making situation as properties in Indonesia and the Philippines can price quite low! There are even some properties in France that if you catch them at the right time you can get rates below what the points are worth.
