Hilton is out with their next buy points bonus that provides up to a 100% bonus when you purchase of 5,000 or more points. This is a mystery bonus which means the bonus offer will vary by member.
With a 100% bonus it means you are paying US$ 0.5 cents per point. Given the ability to easily redeem at these points at values of 0.8 cents or more it can make sense to buy points for those sort of reward night stays, if you are planning on redeeming that is. If not, we advise not to buy points just for the sake of getting the bonus as Hilton sells them frequently enough with this bonus that there is no need to buy speculatively.
