As you may have seen on our social media last week,we were one of a few or perhaps even the only resource to mention that Air France KLM Flying Blue‘s Promo Rewards for the month of December were not actually bookable. They published the offers on December 1 but didn’t load them into the system. The good news is they are now!
I contacted Air France KLM last week about this and was literally in discussions with them this morning to find out why they were not showing up (at 8am MT they were not loaded yet) and my contact said they would escalate it and during these conversations they were loaded and working by 9am MT!
