Southwest Rapid Rewards is back with another promotion to help members qualify for a Companion Pass faster. There are three options in the promotion that members can take advantage of to earn extra Companion Pass Qualifying Points. This offer is available until November 30 and members have to register for the promotion to be eligible to earn the extra points.
2x Qualifying Points on flights
Earn double Companion Pass qualifying points on all qualifying flights taken until November 30, 2023.
Key terms: Companion Pass® qualifying points are earned on flights paid entirely with dollars, Southwest LUV Vouchers®, gift cards, or travel funds, and with no portion of the purchase price paid for with Rapid Rewards® points. Only qualifying flights will be eligible for Companion Pass qualifying points
3x Qualifying Points on flights (Business Travelers)
Business travelers booking through Southwest’s business channels (SWABIZ.com, GDS, or SPS), will earn 3X Companion Pass qualifying points per flight during the same promotional period.
2x Qualifying Points on credit card purchases
Members with a Chase Rapid Rewards Credit Card will earn double Companion Pass qualifying points per $1 spent
1 Qualifying Flight per reward flight (Rapid Rewards redemption)
Every flight you purchase with Rapid Rewards points counts as one Companion Pass qualifying flight for flights that are completed by November 30, 2023
