The 15,000 bonus points offer:

Earn 15,000 Bonus Bonvoy Points for stays of 2 or more nights at the Renaissance Montreal Downtown Hotel. Book now for stays until Jan 15, 2023. Click here for more details & to book this offer.

TIP: Make sure you pay for your stay with a Marriott Bonvoy co-brand credit card as those earn additional points on Marriott stays!

Stay example:

We checked out the rates for this offer on November 9-11:

a white rectangular box with black text and numbers a screenshot of a web page

From the example above you can see this bonus points rate is C$7 more per night than the best Member Flexible Rate. Thus over the course of 2 nights it works out to C$14 extra to get the 15,000 points. Those 15,000 points are worth C$105 to C$150 or more in value. So as you can see, even though it would cost you $14 more for this room you are coming out way ahead!

Another way to see the value in this bonus points rate is against buying actual Marriott Points. In the above example you could consider that you are buying 15,000 points for C$14. Or about 1/10th of a cent per point. To buy 15,000 points directly from Marriott would cost you US$187.50 or about 1.7 cents C$ each.

If you are planning any multiple night trips to Montreal over the coming months you’ll definitely want to consider this offer! And if you stay by December 15th you can also potentially earn the systemwide Marriott Bonvoy bonus. See below for details.

  1. Wife and I actually just stayed 6 nights at this hotel two weeks ago. It’s actually really nice and close to most of the action in downtown and the metro. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Montreal.
