Over the course of this year AeroMexico and Choice Hotels have run some very lucrative stay promotions. First it was up to 10,000 points for one stay in March and April then they had up to 15,000 points for one stay in June/July, a 10,000 bonus point offer for start of September (and the end of September). Now we know why there is a break in the 10,000 point offer for this month and that’s because they are offering 20,000 points until September 19! So you really only have 5 days to get in on this offer but it can super worth it as that’s a huge bonus to get! If you can get yourself to even a cheap Sleep Inn or something like that over the next few days do it!
I do want to advise everyone on one potential issue with this promotion and that is having it post to your account. One of our long time readers over on our Canadian site Rewards Canada had a heck of a time getting the 10,000 points from the first promotion but did eventually get them after many months and many emails. Anyone know if this include check ins on September 19th (check outs on September 20th)?
Although it doesn’t state it in the terms and conditions most hotel promos end dates are when you need to check out so I would say a check out on the 20th would not count. They are bringing back the 10,000 point offer from the 20th to 30th if you can’t manage a stay that would have check out on the 19th.
What is the list of hotels eligible for the earning stay? The page reference just lists all the brands. Is it any hotel in each brand? Very ambiguous.

As far as we know it is any Choice Hotel so long as you stay on an eligible rate for earning miles.
