IHG Hotels opened up a new Flash Sale last week – well they call it a Flash Sale but seeing the booking window is open for three weeks I’d just call it sale. The promotion offers up to 30% off stays in Europe and the UK. These rates are fully prepaid but can be cancelled and refunded up to 14 days prior to check-in.
