These are on top of the 100,000 bonus mile offer for flying out of the U.K. that was launched at the start of the year. The newest promos are as follows:
Earn Double Asia Miles between San Francisco and Hong Kong in First or Business Class. Valid Feb 1 – Mar 31, 10
Earn Double Asia Miles between Toronto or Vancouver and Hong Kong in First or Business Class. Valid Feb 15 – May 31, 10
Earn Double Asia Miles between Milan or Rome and Hong Kong. This offer is only available to residents of Italy, Hong Kong and Macau for flights in First, Business and most Economy class fares.
