* for long-haul flights at 20,000 Asia Miles or USD100 per sector (effective 1 December 2009), or
* for short-haul flights at 5,000 Asia Miles or USD25 per sector (effective 1 January 2010).
Available routes:
* Cathay Pacific: All destinations
* Dragonair (China destinations): Sectors include Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou
* Dragonair (non-China destinations): All destinations, except sectors which include Dhaka and Kathmandu
Available long-haul flights (from 1 December 2009):
* South West Pacific: Australia and New Zealand
* North America: Canada and the US
* Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and the UK
* Middle East: Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and UAE
* Africa: South Africa
* South Asia Sub Continent: India,Pakistan and Sri Lanka
Available short-haul flights (from 1 January 2010):
* All destinations not listed above
How to request your Extra-legroom Seats
After your ticket has been issued simply
* Call The Asia Miles Service Centre on +852 2747 3838 (Hong Kong) or +800 2747 3838 (worldwide toll-free) or
* Contact Cathay Pacific or Dragonair reservation offices or
* Visit the Asia Miles Service Desk at Hong Kong International Airport or
* Request at in-town or airport check-in counters
