United has come out with a new buy miles bonus offer that will vary by member. I received an offer for up to 85% bonus miles while Lucky at OMaaT is showing others getting a 100% bonus. I’m not a buyer at 85% nor should most others be unless you are able to redeem for an award above your purchase price of 1.9 cents each (which in reality it isn’t hard to redeem at a higher CPM when redeeming for premium classes) but if you get the 100% bonus you have a CPM of 1.75 cents which opens up many more possible redemption opportunities.
