This offer seems to be targeted but based on the rounds it is making on all the frequent flyer blogs you don’t have to have the 6 digit referral code and airport code to apply. Even with a $450 annual fee this card is worth it for the sign up bonus alone as the 100,000 miles are worth at a minimum $1,000 (1 cent per mile)
