We saw this offer back in the fall of 2011 and it has returned once again, except this time the return is even higher. Previously the offer was a flat 20% bonus on transfers into King Club, this time it is a sliding scale up to 30%. Once again I only looked at Starwood as a partner since they have great transfer ratios to airlines (Starpoints to King Miles is 1:1) and they offer 5,000 bonus miles when you transfer 20,000 points at a time, so with this promo King Club members can get 32,500 miles for every 20,000 Starpoints transferred. What can 32,500 King Miles get you? Just as an example it is enough miles for a one way economy class ticket on their partner airlines (like British Airways or Delta) for flights with a 4,001 – 6,000 mile range. What can be even more enticing is that if you can complete a single transfer that nets 10,000 King Miles you will also receive 2 upgrade vouchers + 1 One-way Kingfisher Class/Red domestic ticket (base fare) free.
