Bonuses as follows:
- Earn 20% bonus with each conversion
- Earn an additional 10,000 AAdvantage® miles for every 100,000 AAdvantage® miles received from conversions.
Ideally you’ll want to redeem in 20,000 Starpoint increments to AA as SPG will throw in those additional 5,000 miles. To get to the 100,000 miles however you’ll want to split your transfers into 2 days you are limited to 79,999 miles in a 24 hour period. So you’ll want to convert 60,000 points first and then do a 20,000 points transfer to ensure you get the 100,000 mile level.
