Part of the celebration of Emirates’ flying to Boston is this promotion for Marriott stays in the great city. 5,000 Bonus Miles is definitely not a small bonus for a hotel but a healthy chunk of change that you would think would come with a higher rate. Well that’s not the case, the bonus miles rate is the same as the best available flexible rate (ie you can cancel it) with only the non-refundable advance rate and AAA rate being cheaper. Depending on the hotel however the 5,000 bonus miles will be worth more than the average 10% AAA discount especially on a one night stay.
