Finnair has dropped the fuel surcharges on classic
flight awards within Europe and to Tel Aviv and Dubai. Nice to see some

Late last year we let you know about some changes to the SAS EuroBonus program,
most of it not so good news on the points earning front. Now as of
January 8th, SAS has lowered the required amount of points for some
award tickets! So while you may not earn as many points, you just may
not need as many points now to redeem. The award tickets that are
changing are the Best Point price in SAS Go & SAS Plus to southern
Europe/Georgia and Iceland which have been reduced by 10,000 points.

Starwood Hotels has followed in the footsteps of Hilton and
Marriott by changing their room cancellation policy. Gone are same day
cancellations that were available at roughly 35% of their hotels
globally as all hotels will now have a minimum policy that cancellations
