Alaska Airlines has launched a new member acquisition promotion that is more about getting butt in seats in the short term than just joining their frequent flyer program. The new promotion provides up to 5,000 bonus Mileage Plan miles when you join the program by December 31st and fly with Alaska by February 21, 2021. You’ll receive 2,000 bonus miles on your first round trip flight and 3,000 more if you complete a second round trip flight.
