We came across this offer in our usual daily updates of offers on FFB and believe it could be decently lucrative if you have travels over the next few months to Yangon. Members of Thai Airways Royal Orchid Plus (ROP) will earn 15,000 miles for a one night stay in a deluxe city view room at the Chatrium Royal Lake Yangon Hotel. The offer page does not give lots of details other than you’ll get 15,000 miles for that stay. That seems like a lot of miles for a hotel that only charges around US$110 for a night. The thing is the Deluxe City View isn’t even their best level of rooms, the Deluxe Lake and Pagoda views are! Of course without a full set of T&C’s there are always concerns with these type of ‘very large bonuses’ and them not working out but that lack of T&C’s can also work in your favour as long as you screen shot the offer should there be any issue with posting the miles. Remember YMMV.
