Without the bonus Radisson Rewards points convert at a 10:1 ratio to Miles & More which is boosted to 10:1.25 with the promotion. Radisson provides three redemption levels (you can do multiples of each however) as follows:

Even with the bonus I would only convert to Miles & More if you have a small amount of Radisson Rewards points you know that you’ll never redeem for a free night stay or need a small amount of Miles & More miles to redeem for an award. I would stray away from redeeming large amounts like 50,000 or 100,000 points as they have much more value being redeemed for free nights than the small amount of miles in the Miles & More or any other airline program for that manner.
