Purchased ticket using Cash+Miles is also eligible for this offer.
2. This offer is for travel with tickets on Economy Class (all booking class codes except L, W, V, G), Royal Silk Class (J, D, C booking class codes), and Royal First Class (P, A, F booking class codes) only.
