Most of Delta’s flight promos as of late have been targeted to specific SkyMiles members. This one was most likely sent out to members in the Los Angeles/Southern California area. If you didn’t receive the email you may not have been targeted but you can still try to register for it to see if you will get the bonus SkyMiles.
