Bonus Offer Picks of the Week: February 5 – 12, 2012

First full week back at the bonus offer gig and I managed to add quite a few new offers (with many more to go!) to 31 airline and hotel programs from around the globe. These are my picks of the 60 or so new bonuses that were added:
