It has been less then 24 hours since the link has been live (although there has been some leaked info for a couple of days) and the revamped British Airways Visa Signature Card from Chase is already generating quite a stir. Why? Well simply put, the sign up offer of being able to earn 100,000 bonus BA Miles, the equivalent of two round trip economy class tickets between the U.S. and the UK or parts of Europe. To get the 100,000 bonus miles is not a hard task, you are awarded with 50,000 bonus miles on your first purchase and if you spend $2,000 within the first three months of having the card you earn another 50,000 bonus BA miles.

The sign up bonus offers are not the only highlights for this card. Other perks include a complimentary companion ticket for every year you spend at least $30,000 on the card. An earning ratio of 1.25 BA Miles on all purchases and 2.5 BA miles on British Airways purchases. Plus $50 off all BA flights booked by Dec 31, 09 for travel until Dec 31, 10.

The card has a $75 annual fee attached to it and the above bonus offers and features are stated as being limited time only, so if you want to take advantage of this offer do it sooner then later.

You can find the full details and application for the card here.
